1. Scope of Clinical OS
ZuvFlo provides a Clinical Operating System (OS) designed for renal care facilities. By accessing our platform, you agree to utilize it solely for clinical operations, administrative management, and patient care coordination. Unauthorized reverse engineering or redistribution of our proprietary algorithms is strictly prohibited.
2. Clinician Responsibility
While ZuvFlo provides advanced clinical intelligence, AI-driven alerts, and predictive modeling, final medical judgment always rests with the licensed clinician. ZuvFlo is a decision-support tool; it is not a substitute for professional medical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Institutional Licensing
Service is provided on a subscription basis, typically calculated per active dialysis chair. Facilities are responsible for maintaining accurate user accounts and ensuring that only authorized clinical personnel have access to patient-identifiable data.
4. Intellectual Property
All software architecture, IoT bridge technology, interface designs, and the 'ZuvFlo' brand are the exclusive property of ZuvFlo Technology Inc. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the platform within their specific facility network.
